SHICOV is a decentralized cryptocurrency of the ShibaCovid ecosystem.

Not controlled by any centralized organization or individual. Actually speaking, it works as per rules concurred by agreement, instead of being decided upon by some establishing or ownership entity.

A cryptocurrency is a digital currency that is secured by cryptography, in contrast to conventional (fiat) currencies where they are secured by a government or governments.

It means you don't have to trust any central body or individual the way you would a bank, but also that you have to be your own bank. The developers can't clutch your funds, but they also can't return them if you send them to an invalid or wrong address.

Unfortunately, no in both scenarios. As stated above, SHICOV is a decentralized project and the developers working on the project have no special access or ability to reverse transactions or recover funds sent to a wrong or invalid address.

We do not run any of the auth services which you log into, you would need to contact the ownership service in question.

In most cases we realize people have backups they may have forgotten, looking into old computers or flash drives for copies is a good start. If the keys are completely lost, however, there is no way to recover them. Please and please, best practice is to back up your keys frequently.

The charity MUST be COVID-19 related and WILL be determined by the community through a voting process (community members must hold SHICOV to gain voting power).

There are several options in doing a wallet backup some individuals are pretty familiar with this while some are not. Use the best way possible for you to remember and store your backups. Do offline backups and do not share your private keys with ANYONE.
